my period was never regular but when i turned 30 and after giving birth, it became reg QUICK...right along with reg cramps.....tired...all that shit....if I had bad menstrual cramps, I would carry/sleep with a piece of hematite in my pocket or wear it on my waist beads.

Yesterday Mami water and wind were in rare form.

They did a spirit cleansing on my body. So I had a beach Day to sunbath and create in front of nature. And even though sun was shining, the sky was Blue and clear.
